Yes, airport pickup includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time. If your flight is delayed, just inform us — we’ll adjust accordingly. 

Yes, baby and child seats are available upon request with an additional charge of $10 per seat. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. 

Yes, our drivers speak both English and Mandarin, and can provide simple tour commentary. 

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur partial charges.

Yes, we provide cross-border transfers and private tours to Malaysia, including Johor Bahru, Malacca, and Kuala Lumpur. 

We accept cash, Credit Card, PayNow, and bank transfer. A small deposit may be required to confirm your booking. 

Yes, complimentary bottled water is provided in every vehicle. Wi-Fi is available in selected vehicles — please request in advance if needed.
